Vehicle service booking platform
FITFLEET is a vehicle fleet maintenance and repair service for corporate clients. We worked on a digital booking system that allows customers to independently schedule vehicle service appointments through web and mobile interfaces.
The main goal of the product was to make the booking process fast, simple, and convenient.
One of the key challenges was supporting a large network of service centers operating across different regions, time zones, and service conditions. The interface needed to account for different workshop availability and service offerings while remaining easy to use.
Think & Go conducted research, analyzed real booking scenarios, and developed user stories to better understand customer behavior and operational constraints.
Based on the research, we designed interaction flows and interface solutions optimized for quick appointment scheduling across desktop and mobile platforms.
We worked on research, product logic, UX/UI design, mockups, and developer handoff before implementation.
The result was a scalable booking experience that simplified appointment scheduling for customers and supported more efficient service operations.
