POS Center develops cash register solutions for large retail chains. We worked on the interface system for touchscreen cash registers used by cashiers during everyday store operations.

The main goal of the product was to help cashiers serve customers faster and reduce friction during scanning, payment, and checkout flows. Since the interface is used continuously throughout the workday, usability, speed, and clarity became critical product requirements.

Think & Go conducted research of real cashier workflows and daily operational scenarios to better understand how people interact with the system under constant pressure and high transaction volume.

Based on the research, we designed and tested interface solutions optimized for fast navigation, large touch targets, readable layouts, and minimized interaction steps.

Particular attention was given to reducing cognitive load and helping cashiers quickly recover from mistakes without slowing down the queue.

We worked on interface structure, interaction logic, UX/UI design, and usability testing of the system before implementation.

The result was a practical and scalable cashier interface designed for intensive real-world retail usage.
