Fleet service quality platform
Fitfleet is a vehicle fleet repair and maintenance service for corporate clients. We worked on a customer feedback system that helps the company collect service quality assessments after maintenance and repair operations.
The main goal of the product was to receive detailed and useful feedback from clients while keeping the survey process simple and fast.
One of the key UX challenges was balancing survey depth with completion rate. The interface needed to gather meaningful insights without overwhelming users with long or complicated forms.
Think & Go researched customer behavior and analyzed interaction patterns used in other feedback and survey services to better understand what influences user engagement and survey completion.
Based on the research, we developed user stories, interaction flows, and interface solutions optimized for quick feedback submission across desktop and mobile devices.
Particular attention was given to reducing friction, simplifying navigation, and minimizing unnecessary actions during the survey process.
We worked on research, product structure, UX/UI design, and customer interaction scenarios before development.
The result was a feedback system that helped the company receive more structured customer insights and improve the quality of fleet maintenance services.
