FITSERVICE is a large сar service network with more than 346 service centers. We designed an internal ERP system that helps service center managers track operational efficiency and make faster management decisions.

The product combines dozens of performance indicators, analytics, and operational metrics in a clear and easy-to-use interface. One of the key challenges was simplifying complex data and explaining the relationships between metrics without overwhelming users.

We worked on the full product design cycle: research, product logic, UX/UI, prototyping, and design system development for both desktop and mobile platforms.

The system was rolled out across 346 service centers. During the project, we designed more than 100 screens and built a scalable UI system to support future product growth.
