FITPRO is a mobile app for employees of the FITSERVICE car service network, used by more than 3,000 staff members across the company.

The goal of the product was to create a single communication and growth platform for employees — combining onboarding, training, internal communication, career development, and operational tools in one mobile experience.

One of the key challenges was bringing together many different functions without making the product feel overloaded or difficult to navigate.

Think & Go worked on the full product design cycle before development: research, product logic, UX/UI, prototyping, and interface system design.

The product simplified onboarding and employee training while creating a more connected internal ecosystem for the company.
